• Develop, write, produce and direct 20 scripted DIY YouTube videos for MGA Entertainment
• Program all videos to align with dates set by production, client and our digital team’s calendar
• Research and write treatments and decks, outlines and scripts, punch up jokes and comedy, pitch to client throughout process
• Conduct development casting sessions, identify key on-camera and VO talent for network approval
• Helm projects’ development, production and post, hire and manage crew of 30+ professionals
• Facilitate team and client meetings, including development, creative, legal and S&P reviews, obtain approvals from studio, build relationships with multiple departments (consumer products, worldwide franchise, digital marketing, etc.),
• Collab with art department and client to create set design
• Rehearse with actors and prep all crafts with art department prior to shoot
• Direct all videos and run set (all departments)
• Direct hand models and all product shots
